This leadership position will require competency with a range of natural resource management field tasks with the ability to effectively coach, train, and lead staff, partners, and volunteers of various ages both in the field and office in the following (though not limited to): safe and effective weed control, restoration activities and GIS/data management. The Outreach & Field Coordinator recruits, hires, trains, supervises, manages, and tracks volunteers, interns, and contractors, and builds partnerships with other resource management agencies and organizations.
