Responsible for facility-level volunteer program analytics and data integrity, leveraging Press Ganey survey data, Workday, and TASS to monitor performance, identify trends, and develop regular KPI reports (including onboarding volume, volunteer terminations, service-hour trends, and exit survey insights). Conducts ongoing rounding and formal assessments with volunteers and departmental leaders to evaluate effectiveness of placements, make real-time placement and role adjustments, and ensure continued alignment with facility operational needs and volunteer capabilities.
