Position Definition: Under the direction of the coach, building Athletic Director, building Principal, and district Athletic Director, the Certificate of Clearance (COC) volunteer helps to provide a comprehensive athletics program in the specified sport to include conducting practices, overseeing games and game strategy, educating and developing athletes, and complying with WIAA policies and procedures. Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms and work cooperatively in an effective and positive manner with diverse parties to include staff, students, parents, and community.
