This role serves as the primary internal coordinator among company leadership, operating companies, tenants, Property Management providers, general contractors, owners’ representatives, architects, engineers, vendors, landlords, and other stakeholders. The portfolio includes approximately 10 owned locations totaling approximately 1.6 million square feet, along with approximately 10 leased locations supporting multiple operating businesses within a holding company of approximately $1.3 billion in annual scale.
