In order to qualify for the GS-14, you must meet the following: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: Providing Medicaid, Working Families Tax Cut (WFTC) legislation, healthcare policy and program guidance in support of the planning, design, development, implementation, and operations of health care IT projects; Developing technical documents including policy, procedures, and operational guidance, data collection, and analysis documentation for states, internal stakeholders, and senior level leaders; AND. The Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) works in partnership with the entire health care community to improve quality and efficiency in an evolving health care system and provides leadership in the broader health care marketplace.
