Job Description Summary Position Objective: The Market Logistics Coordinator supports the Market Logistics Operations and the local operations team by handling administrative, communication and scheduling duties. Position Responsibilities: <ul><li>Coordinates with local branches to ensure all contracts are opened and closed timely to support efficient dispatch operations; may also close work orders and ensures all pertinent information is documented accurately and timely</li><li>Performs regular reviews of driver logs and schedules based on the direction of the Dispatcher</li><li>Acts as primary communication link between branches and the Market Logistics Operation Center</li><li>Monitors vehicle inspection program reporting (DVIR) and coordinates vehicle repairs with internal and external parties as needed</li><li>Reviews orders for correct contact and delivery instructions</li><li>Assists with driver scheduling and timekeeping</li><li>Schedules third party haulers as needed at the direction of the Dispatcher</li><li>Keeps branches informed of next run out to facilitate proper staging of equipment</li><li>Monitors driver stop times and communicates to expedite when necessary</li><li>Monitors future orders to identify gaps in fleet availability</li><li>Assists dispatcher in prioritizing pickups based on need and time</li><li>Orders and receives parts for ongoing repairs and restocking, maintains adequate supplies</li><li>Performs semi-annual parts usage reviews and adjusts truck stockage accordingly</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by the manager</li></ul> Requirements: Education & Experience: <ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent plus at least 1-2 years of equipment rental experience</li><li>Valid driver's license</li><li>Basic computer skills</li><li>Personal and professional integrity</li><li>Flexible in approach to problem solving</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills</li><li>Knowledge of dispatch administration and DOT regulations preferred</li></ul> Base Pay Range: $24.05 - 33.06 Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Qualifications:
