Coordinates trade show logistics, including booking meeting space and hospitality venues, managing registration and housing, coordinating shipment of exhibition materials, and supporting maintenance and organization of the trade show warehouse and national show assets using the ExhibitForce Asset Management System and Wrike PMO tools. Working closely with the Trade Show Supervisor and Marketing teams, this role coordinates logistics, assets, vendors, systems, and on-site support for a high-volume trade show program and helps ensure events are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with approved objectives.
