Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience 3+ years of experience in managing volunteer programming 1-2 years experience managing others Experience working in a warehouse environment Proven experience designing and executing successful large-scale service initiatives, including working with high-level donors and corporate partners Excellent communication skills with a high level of comfort with public speaking and training/facilitation Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure Ability to work with flexibility, efficiency, and diplomacy both individually and as part of a complex team effort Demonstrated success in managing, mentoring, and motivating people Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with database management, preferably Salesforce/HandsOn Connect Knowledge of poverty and hunger issues Demonstrated commitment to service and to Food Bank's core values and mission.
