Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (or related field) from an accredited institution and at least 1 year of supervisory experience OR a Masters' Degree in Social Work (or related field) from an accredited institution and at least 6 months of supervisory experience• Ability to understand the obligations, functions, programs, and services of the agency and their relation to staff, clients, community, and general social welfare, and ability to appraise these relationships • Capability to recognize and to elicit psychological and physical factors, to differentiate subjective from objective factors and capability to understand the origin, meaning, significance and inter-relationship of theses factors• Potential to plan treatment appropriate to the evaluated data and to execute the treatment plan in such a manner as to aid clients to function more adequately• The ability to express and to transmit ideas and knowledge clearly• The ability to express and to maintain relationships within and outside the agency in a professional manner.•
