The position represents Valley Health System at community and Volunteer & Student Services events and works collaboratively with clinical departments, academic institutions, community partners, and other internal stakeholders to support a consistent, compliant, and positive educational experience for students, volunteers, and clinical learners. Responsibilities include reviewing, processing, and approving clinical learner documentation and files through DISA/Complio; coordinating required onboarding activities and documentation; communicating onboarding requirements and expectations to students and academic institutions; and ensuring all required documentation and clearances are completed prior to the learner's start date.
