Sign-On Bonus: Employee will receive a $1,000.00 sign-on bonus, payable in two installments: $500.00 after successful completion of 90 days of employment, and an additional $500.00 after successful completion of 180 days of employment (an additional 90 days thereafter). Operate equipment, such as liftgates, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to facilitate the loading and unloading process.
