Reporting to the Director, RN Operations Addiction Medicine, the Supervisor, Community Nursing provides oversight, direction, and leadership of the community nursing team while ensuring high-quality and patient-centered care is received by patients and their families. Effectively supervise and oversee the daily objectives of the Community Nursing team including, but not limited to, ensuring timely access to services, comprehensive assessment, individual census reconciliation and tracking, staff productivity, efficient and organized team communication, and thorough documentation.
