<div>Position Summary: The Donor Relations & Volunteer Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing the mission of Adirondack Health Foundation. This position is responsible for donor stewardship, accurate donor recordkeeping, gift processing, day-to-day Foundation operations, and managing the volunteer program at AH. This role ensures exceptional donor and volunteer experiences while supporting the Foundation’s fundraising and community engagement efforts.Educational Requirements/ Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in nonprofit administration, fundraising, or a related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in donor relations, operations, or volunteer coordination preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a donor- and volunteer-centric mindset.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM systems (DonorPerfect, Raiser’s Edge, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva or Publisher).</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a small team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Occasional evening or weekend availability for events required</li></ul>Job Type:Full-TimeLocation:Foundation Office, Adirondack Health- Saranac Lake Benefits of Working Full-Time at Adirondack Health:<ul><li>Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance</li><li>Paid Benefit Time (PTO and Sick days)</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement</li><li>403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer Contributions</li><li>And much more</li></ul>Salary Range:$ 49,553-$63,764 per year</div>
