Your ability to engage others in the community, build referral networks and relationships, and to promote awareness about Aging with Comfort will be key to success in the role of Community Outreach Assistant.Essential Functions:<ul><li>Promote awareness of Aging with Comfort in the community by following up with leads and contacts obtained at events such as health fairs and senior expos.</li><li>Develop relationships with new potential clients and caregivers, making introductory calls to MCOs and Service Coordinators.</li><li>Complete follow up calls and update leads in excel and Salesforce.</li><li>Coordinate with intake and onboarding teams to process new cases.</li><li>Provide education and information to seniors and persons with disabilities (and their families) regarding the services of Aging with Comfort and how to navigate the process of obtaining home care.</li><li>Assist Community outreach team with assigned coverage area, in order to achieve organizational growth goals.</li><li>Maintain detailed notes and updates to pipeline of referrals in CRM system.</li></ul>Requirements/Desired Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior marketing or recruiting experience desirable</li><li>Prior home care experience strongly preferred</li><li>Strong communication and public speaking skills</li><li>Ability to form and maintain strategic relationships</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Self-directed, motivated, and able to handle multiple priorities concurrently</li><li>Must be bilingual in English/Spanish (fluent in spoken and written Spanish required)</li></ul> Job Location: Full-time in-office in Reading, PA  What We Offer:• Competitive base salary with additional performance-based incentive compensation program• Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision)• Paid time off and holidays• Ongoing training and career development opportunities• A supportive and inclusive team environment• The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of veterans and their families in Pennsylvania.
