This role oversees a multi-site, mixed-use portfolio, including two shelters (24/7 residential environments), administrative offices, a coffee shop and roastery (industrial equipment environment), a thrift store/retail site (public-facing), a donation processing center (logistics and material handling), and any additional future facilities acquisitions. While the primary executive liaison is the Director of Programs, the Facilities Manager is expected to communicate clearly and appropriately with executive leadership, in coordination with the Director of Programs, when facilities issues materially impact mission operations, safety, or continuity of care.
