Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including master services, data processing, partner and reseller, business associate, vendor, end user license, confidentiality, and service level agreements. This position requires close collaboration with Sales and other cross-functional teams to support closure of complex commercial transactions and drive legal department initiatives in alignment with company business processes, policies, and objectives.
