This role is responsible for maintaining grower and field records, supporting food safety and regulatory compliance programs, coordinating seasonal activities, collecting and managing field data, and serving as a key liaison between growers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams. The Field Coordinator is part of the Field Department and works closely with contract growers, field staff, agronomy teams, harvest operations, seasonal employees, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
