This position collaborates closely with IEEE staff, MGA committees, and MGA volunteer leadership across various pillars; strategic alignment, training oversight, resource development and project management, to strengthen volunteer engagement, geographic unit leadership development, and operational effectiveness across Sections, Regions, and other geographic entities. The role focuses on advancing MGA's mission by designing, implementing, and enhancing programs that equip geographic unit volunteers with the essential resources, training, and guidance needed to deliver valuable activities and services to their members.
