Leads the design and development of all educational materials for Department of Licensing (DOL) and Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) staff on organ, eye, and tissue donation-including print collateral, videos, training tools, and newsletter content-with an emphasis on the significance of asking the legally binding donor registration question during customer transactions. + Recruits, trains, and supports volunteers (donor families, recipients, donation champions, etc.) to share their personal donation or transplantation stories through written and verbal formats, such as featured collateral, media interviews, hospital or community presentations, and videos.
