In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Directing comprehensive real property maintenance and large-scale facility investment programs; 2) Developing multi-year engineering work plans, budgets, and service support agreements involving complex and diverse funding sources for infrastructure sustainment projects and 3) Evaluating the effectiveness of internal and external engineering operations to implement policy changes, operational procedures, and corrective actions. About the Position: Incumbent serves as the Chief, Business Operations/Integration Division and technical advisor to the Garrison Director of Public Works (DPW) at a complex, multi-mission military installation serving the USAG West Point and both the United States Military Academy (USMA) Service School and the United States Military Academy Preparatory School (USMAPS).
