Job Description:
As part of the Security team, the 24/7 Security Officer will provide security to American Family Field and surrounding property by patrolling the full facility by foot and vehicle and responding to incidents including fire, vandalism, illegal entry and credential authorization of employees, contractors, and visitors at American Family Field. The 24/7 Security officer will also perform screening of personnel entering American Family Field and act as a first responder to verify various alarms. Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Patrol facility and surrounding parking lots and outbuildings to provide a visible presence of authority by using motorized vehicle and walking</li><li>Assist in pre- and post-event duties, including locking doors, parking lots and security sweeps</li><li>Perform tours, checking maintenance of ballpark including irregularities, fire hazards, leaking pipes, etc.</li></ul>The ideal candidate will have three to six months of related experience, a one-year certificate from college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age. Maximum of 30 hours per week. Weekends, overnight, evenings and holidays will be included. Job Description:
As part of Retail department, the Coordinator - Retail Experience will oversee the fan experience and associate environment for the Milwaukee Brewers in all retail locations throughout the stadium in accordance with Club’s customer service standards and operating policies and procedures. Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Demonstrate and model excellent customer service behaviors utilizing Brewers Team Store CREW standards: Connect, Respect, Engage & Wow</li><li>Direct and support seasonal staff in delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the overall fan experience</li><li>Support the recruitment and onboarding of seasonal associates thru application screening, interview scheduling, and new hire onboarding including orientation and required store trainings</li><li>Train and supervise fan facing retail positions including Assistant Store Managers and Sales Associates </li><li>Educate and hold seasonal staff accountable on Team Store policies and procedures, provide coaching to retail associates when needed</li><li>Schedule seasonal staff in the scheduling platform according to monthly payroll budget, maintaining required staff levels in all store locations on gamedays and non-gamedays</li><li>Approve and correct time punches as necessary in the time keeping system</li><li>Run end of game reporting of gross & net sales and communicate data to Retail leaders </li><li>Assign tasks to seasonal staff and Assistant Mangers as needed, following up to ensure tasks are completed to department standards</li><li>Ensures sales floor organization and store cleanliness meet department standards</li><li style="margin-bottom:1.35pt">Assist with preventing security risks/potential thefts and report to security</li><li style="margin-bottom:1.35pt">Effectively and frequently communicates store status updates to Senior Coordinator - Retail Operations</li><li style="margin-bottom:1.35pt">Oversee and create engaging content for Brewers Team Store and Authentic social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and promotional strategies</li></ul> The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in Retail management, as well as previous cash handling and POS experience.
