CriticalSecures freight such as heavy, unbalanced machinery, vehicles, and equipment; industrial plantequipment;artillery; odd-shaped containers; large explosive bombs, rockets, and missiles; nuclear materials (i.e.,reactormaterials); sensitive electronic equipment; large communication shelters; and similar cargo in avariety ofcontainers and inside or upon conveyances such as ships, aircraft, vans, gondola cars, box cars, andbarges.
