You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one of the following: Experience: I have one year of specialized experience at the GS-09 grade level or equivalent, performing duties such as: Addressing substantive technical issues or problems involving complex, controversial, or sensitive matters with several interrelated issues; Conducting studies and developing responses to management regarding new requirements in program operations, legislation, or agency regulations. As a Mission Support Specialist, GS-12 level you will perform the following duties: Coordinate and perform administrative services for management information systems, telecommunications, budget, finance, procurement, human resources, training, logistics, property, space, records, printing, mail, travel, and office equipment.
