The Production / Manufacturing Engineer works closely with Production, Quality, Design Engineering, Maintenance, suppliers, and other technical personnel to resolve manufacturing problems, improve process performance, reduce scrap and rework, and transition new and existing products successfully into production. This position works directly with the products and processes used to manufacture these systems, including rubber and elastomer molding, metal-to-rubber bonding, tooling and fixture design, mechanical and dynamic testing, material and process development, manufacturing troubleshooting, and new product introduction.
