Assists to operate heavy duty backhoe to clean out berm and/or outfall ditches for drainage, shoulder regrading to facilitate the roadside repair, cleaning sideline and driveway ditches, laying crossline pipe for proper distribution of eater from roadway, and installing driveways with or without pipe. Performs duties using manual labor, in such maintenance task as clearing of right-of-ways, cleaning drainage ditches, repairing shoulders, patching potholes, making base repairs, repair to bridges, paving driveways, and laying sideline/cross line pipe.
