Under the direction of the Production Manager, Department Supervisor and/or Shift Team Leader, the Relief Operator is responsible for operating any piece of equipment in manufacturing according to approved procedures. Operator is responsible for operating and helping with all blenders, packaging, batch setting, filtration devices, TRS, HTST's, cooler, evaporators, dryer, and CIP systems.
