p>Who Thrives in This Role: • 5 years as a field service technician, heavy equipment mechanic, forklift technician, or industrial equipment technician • Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills • Experience working independently in the field • Valid drivers license • ASE certifications • Forklift or OEM certifications • Dealer or industrial service experience • Familiarity with diagnostic software and digital service platforms.
