Travel with the team from our Kent warehouse to event sites within a 30 to 40 mile radius (Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue) Set up premium party equipment: bounce houses, ball pits, soft play, bubble houses, and balloon decor Confirm setup accuracy and capture before and after photos and videos Interact professionally with clients and their kids Break down and reload equipment at the end Unload at the warehouse at end of shift. Drive a company-provided van (Metris, Sprinter, Ram 2500, or occasional U-Haul, fuel and vehicle costs covered) Safely load, unload, and transport equipment to and from event sites Navigate tight spaces and busy streets professionally Some Drivers may drive directly to events if they live closer to the site, but company vehicles and a Kent meeting point are provided for most shifts.
