Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including entrances, common areas, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or policy violations. Provide customer service to staff, visitors, residents, and/or members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a government-operated homeless services location.
