Using high degree of independent judgment, responsible for the safe maintenance, preventative maintenance, repair and testing of a variety of complex rental vehicles, their attachments & accessories, equipment, and tools at branch or on customer locations involving mechanical / electrical / hydraulic / drive train / suspension & steering / brakes / heating & air conditioning, gasoline & diesel engines, utility attachment booms, cables, insulation sections, insulated bucket liners and controls: Using high degree of independent judgment, responsible for the safe maintenance, preventative maintenance, repair and testing of a variety of complex rental vehicles, their attachments & accessories, equipment, and tools at branch or on customer locations involving mechanical / electrical / hydraulic / drive train / suspension & steering / brakes / heating & air conditioning, gasoline & diesel engines, utility attachment booms, cables, insulation sections, insulated bucket liners and controls: Ability to diagnose and repair all equipment vehicles and their utility attachments within the rental fleet appropriately and consistently, utilizing schematics, diagnostic programs, tools and applications without supervision. With little or no supervision, the master-level (Utility Service Technician IV) will perform assigned and assessed maintenance, preventive maintenance and advanced mechanical / electrical / hydraulic / drive train / suspension & steering / brakes / heating & air conditioning, gasoline & diesel engine repairs of complex utility vehicles and their attachments and accessories, both in-shop/at-branch and occasional field service calls, in a safe and professional manner.
