The entry level position supports the core team by conducting the following activities: hands stacking product, cutting feet material, sampling product, move materials by hand, use a forklift, empty trash carts, conduct clean-up activities, complete preventative maintenance work tasks, assist with start-ups, monitor production line and begin to learn other key positions (i.e. Level 2-4), understand finished product specifications.
