To keep ownership clear, the following remain with the functions named and are outside this role's scope: supervising production or warehouse staff; material planning execution, purchase requisitions, or purchase orders; cycle counts, inventory adjustments, or transfers; supplier selection, qualification decisions, performance management, or negotiation; shipment booking, carrier coordination, or dangerous-goods documentation; equipment maintenance or repair; and day-to-day administration of NetSuite. Builds quantitative business cases for improvement initiatives identified by Operations leaders - labor productivity, line balancing, changeover reduction, equipment availability, freight consolidation, packaging, expedite-spend reduction, and inventory carrying cost - and tracks realized savings against plan for the monthly review with Finance.
