Respond timely and professionally to Internal customers complaints and inquiries Conduct short and mid-term capacity planning to ensure labor and equipment resources are balanced with demand Monitor department workflow indicators and respond to exceptions (Picking, receiving, put away, materials transfers) Troubleshooting complex inventory and departmental errors and conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Guide and manage the process of material flow within the facility to internal customers Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient workflow and positive working relationships among teams Conduct training for employees on all aspects of job performance including safety, quality, business processes, and HR policies Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous development within the team You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: 3-5 years of leadership experience in a high volume manufacturing environment Experience in areas such as Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or other related manufacturing functions Experience with warehouse management systems Proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel Experience with operating and maintaining a variety of warehouse material handling equipment Experience with warehouse scanning equipment and applications Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP WM module Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CPIM, CSCP).
