Maintain accountability for warehouse inventory execution and accuracy, including cycle counts, bin accuracy, put-away discipline, replenishment execution, shrinkage investigation, and physical inventory controls; partner closely with Inventory Planning on broader inventory initiatives. Partner effectively with Inventory Planning, Inside Sales, Purchasing, IT, Finance, and other departments to resolve issues, improve customer service, support company initiatives, and build scalable warehouse processes that support TSI's continued growth.
