Deliver a complete turnover package to Construction with each delivery, including a commercial terms summary, warranty terms and start conditions, OEM storage and maintenance requirements, factory test reports, serial numbers, approved submittals, O&M manuals, spare parts lists, and vendor startup contacts. Partner with Procurement and Legal on key commercial terms, including warranty start and duration, delayed-start or extended warranty options, storage and maintenance obligations, vendor startup and commissioning support, spare parts, delivery terms, title and risk of loss, liquidated damages, and turnover documentation.
