Judges proper positioning and alignment of the truck; operates controls for swing, lift, bucket rotation, and grapple in the collection of waste near mailboxes, overhead utilities, and other vehicles; changes gripper mechanism to accommodate different size containers and compresses waste. Physical demands include but are not limited to: sitting, talking, hearing, seeing, standing, walking, driving, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, crawling, climbing, and using hands and fingers to operate equipment and to lift or move objects up to 50 pounds, or more with the use of proper equipment.
