The Construction Manager-Waste Water will oversee all aspects of the project including, high level project execution, site operations, sub-contractor management, design and engineering support, customer meetings (Onsite and virtual), project financials, and overall client satisfaction. Proactively identify and document scope changes, differing site conditions, owner-directed changes, delays, disruptions, and other cost or schedule impacts: coordinate timely notices, pricing, schedule-impact documentation and change-order development.
