Performs routine and directed grounds and landscape maintenance independently and as part of a team, including mowing lawns using riding and push mowers; trimming and edging around trees, shrubs, ground cover, flower beds, sidewalks, buildings, and other landscaped areas; and maintaining the appearance and condition of campus grounds. Performs campus-wide general maintenance and repairs by installing, removing, repairing and maintaining landscape lighting, signs, cables, chains, barricades, gates, bicycle racks, posts, fences, and repairing streets, parking lots, athletic fields, tennis courts, track and synthetic turf, as applicable.
