Responsibilities • Stock bar with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, and supplies • Refill ice bins and restock items throughout the event to support bartenders • Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, including wiping counters and removing trash • Wash bar tools, glassware, and equipment as needed • Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries of alcohol and bar inventory • Help set up and break down bar stations before and after events • Remove empty bottles, cans, and boxes and keep storage areas organized • Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor/bartender when supplies are low • Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service policies.
