The function of the bilingual program instructor of the OCCC Capitol Hill Center is to instruct in various programs, in English and Spanish, which increases access to technology and promotes the use of technology in education for adults and youth, and programs that will meet community needs. This position frequently requires the person to operate a computer, other office/classroom equipment and mobile devices to prepare instructional documents, answer email correspondence, and complete other activities necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.
