NSG, Inc. is currently seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Officers to join our team for 1st/2nd shift at a public mall facility located in the Northgate area of Cincinnati. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our client and their customers.Must be able to pass pre-employment background check.Must be able to work the following set of days/hours:Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. + Sundays from 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (19 Hours Per Week)COMPENSATION:<ul><li>$17.00 per hour</li><li>Weekly pay every Friday</li></ul>MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li style="line-height:normal">Conduct scheduled walking rounds of the facilities, both outside and inside (includes barcode scans).</li><li style="line-height:normal">Addressing loiterers or tresspassers on property.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Monitor property entrance/exit posts, inspect property and monitor visitors.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Contact law enforcement or fire department in case of an emergency. Communicate all incidents of such to NSG leadership and property owners.</li><li style="line-height:normal">De-escalate situations by reducing the level or intensity, where conflict resolution or crisis management is needed. This hybrid role requires a mix of case management, recertifications, starts of care (SOC), resumptions of care (ROC), other assessments and services, occasional Skilled Nursing visits, as well as new hire orientations, trainings, in-services, and supervisory reviews.
