Duties:Areas of focus will be: representing the project owner in daily oversight of construction activities; coordinating the activities of owner, designer, construction contractor, public utility, and third party/abutter personnel; monitoring and advising the owner on project budget and schedule status; analyzing, estimating, and negotiating potential change orders and claims; contract administration; identifying and resolving construction problems and challenges in the field; inspecting work performed by construction contractors to ensure conformance with contract plans and specifications; reporting daily progress; tracking and documenting quantities of work performed; and other oversight and reporting responsibilities as assigned.
