This role requires strong field judgment, communication skills, technical coordination, contractor oversight, documentation discipline, and the ability to manage multiple projects and assignments in a live utility construction environment. The Senior Construction Supervisor will oversee and coordinate contractors, vendors, trades, and field personnel, while helping ensure projects are completed safely, within scope, on schedule, and within budget.
