A day in the life includes safely managing a class of up to 12 children at a Pre-K school, park, or indoor field, implementing our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development, arriving on-time (early) to your locations and providing a positive customer experience to faculty and families, and managing your class rosters and filling out session feedback forms. What you get includes $25 ($20 during training) per hour for 30-45 minute sessions, flexible scheduling catered to your location and availability, company culture focused on professional growth, access to leadership videos, tools, and resources, thorough training, uniform and equipment necessary to coach, and reimbursement on licenses and certifications acquired during employment.
