This role focuses on independently completing assigned maintenance work, troubleshooting and repairing more complex maintenance issues, responding promptly to service requests, and helping maintain the overall appearance, safety, and condition of the properties. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, testing meters, and other maintenance equipment required for inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
