Manage relationships with all project stakeholders, including clients, municipalities, property owners, permit holders, and plant owners, and stay in contact with state, county, and city agencies about planned or overlapping projects. Oversee and inspect subcontractor work on FTTH projects, including drilling, conduit and fiber placement, and splicing, from pre-construction planning through final closeout.
