Responsibilities: • Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations • Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients • Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors • Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager. Overview Position: Physical Therapist - Weekends Outpatient at Home Location: Covering Jefferson, Bullitt, Spencer, Shelby and Oldham Schedule: PRN, weekends 2 weekends/month Compensation: $65.00/visit weekends; with mileage reimbursement.
