Proof of current CPR certification. Current Driver's License.</li><li><strong>Experience: Two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting and one-year full-time home health experience is required</strong></li><li><strong>Knowledge of OASIS is required</strong></li><li>Skills: Strong assessment and clinical skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with infection control measures (OSHA). Knowledge of State and Federal regulations. Good interpersonal skills.</li><li>Home Care Home Base (HCHB) knowledge </li><li>Works in patients' homes in various conditions and locations.</li><li>Assess home health patients utilizing the Nursing Assessment and LCD criteria to identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.</li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule; ability to travel locally</li><li>PRN emergency call availability.</li><li>Develop and document the plan of care in correlation with the assessment.</li><li>Provide nursing care utilizing infection control measures (OSHA).</li><li>Work with the Interdisciplinary Group to ensure patient/family needs are met.</li><li>Communicate with attending physicians, home health physicians, and other physicians involved in the patient’s care.</li><li>Timely submission of all required paperwork.</li><li>Demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency.</li><li>Meet productivity standards.</li><li>Perform on-call responsibilities and provide on-call service to patients/families as assigned.</li><li>Provide effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other healthcare professionals.</li><li>Transportation: Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Overview:
<p style="margin:0px">Barnes & Noble College is seeking a resourceful, driven, adaptable, and customer-focused team member to work varying or set schedules on a weekly basis year round as a part-time Supervisor. The Supervisor will provide assistance to the management team, have oversight for team members within a specific department, satellite location, or store in the absence of upper management while providing outstanding customer service to the academic and co-curricular community.</p>

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
