p/> Provide direct care to residents as needed in accordance with care plan applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines, and supervise daily nursing activities performed by Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Medication Assistants Certified (MAC), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA).
2. Provide resident care to include but not limited to assessments, care planning, treatments, medications, interventions, communications, and other resident care activities according to the resident care plans and physician orders.
