The successful candidate will lead new product introduction, yield improvement, rework reduction, product and process development, and operational excellence initiatives while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role provides leadership, direction, and coaching to ensure strong task execution, schedule adherence, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration across the site.
